Land Sourcing

  • Assist clients in understanding various industrial property markets around Australia
  • Work with developers and agents to source suitable land to suit their requirements
  • Assist clients in the acquisition of the land

Design Development

  • Work with the client to understand the requirements of the proposed facility
  • Arrange for concept sketches to be prepared and signed off
  • Coordinate and drive the design consultancy team to produce drawings which reflect the requirements of the proposed facility

Feasibilities

  • Prepare detailed feasibilities throughout each stage of the concept planning phase
  • Detail the final project cost for the client
  • Outline any expected rental figures as appropriate

Design Briefs & Tenders

  • Prepare a comprehensive design brief specifically tailored to the proposed facility
  • Compile tender documentation including the design brief and put it out to an agreed list of developers or builders
  • Run the tender process on behalf of the client including any queries which arise during this period
  • Review all the tenders and provide a recommendation

Project Management

  • Attend all project related site meetings
  • Review progress against the program and design brief
  • Respond to all project required queries
  • Deal with any authority items during construction
  • Review and provide recommendations for any variations which arise during the project

Integrated Fitouts

  • Assist with the creation of scope and tendering for any fitout items required
  • Arrange for the appointment of contractors and integration of fitout items into the base building
  • Monitor progress of the fitout contractors against the program
  • Ensure completed fitout aligns with requirements
